About Us

Structured was established after two decades in the real estate business as an associate broker working in traditional transactions for specialty farms and properties. 

This brokerage was established to work in a more collaborative manner with Sellers and Buyers. We do help Sellers toward their next endeavors thorough marketing.  With the marketing, came photography and short videos.  We are FAA licensed for aerial drone photography.  The drone has broadened our ability to express the nature of our surroundings. 

With decades not only in real estate but in small businesses, farms, EMT work and outdoors as ski patrol, the love of helping others obtain the property and the lifestyle they want to live on that property.  I focus on identifying risk, useability issues that may effect their goals before they buy. 

We have now also explored short term accommodations in different areas of the United States.  These places bring me great joy, extending the experience of the rentals for others to explore and enjoy!
